In case of prepaid orders, the refunds will be credited to the original method of payment and in case of COD, the refunds will be directly credited to the customer’s account. In the interest of hygiene; earrings, cosmetics and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time. Swimwear may not be returned if the hygiene seal is broken. Products purchased online cannot be returned at the stores physically.

Items can only be returned or exchanged in the country in which they were originally purchased.
