RETURNS :

Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders and/or merchandise returned due to customers’ error are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.Any requests for refunds/returns after the 3 day period as mentioned above will be charged with a 20% restocking fee.
