SHIPPING :

Deliveries are completed within two general time spans: approx 10:00 am – 2 pm, and 2:00 pm – approx 6:00 pm. We cannot specify an exact time of delivery within these two periods.

RETURNS :

Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing within 14 working days of receipt and return the packaged item to us at the address given above. The item(s) must be returned to us unused and in as new condition.
