SHIPPING POLICY

Devereux’s shipping policy is as follows. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major and national holidays and orders placed before noon Central time Monday through Friday typically ship out the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed and shipped the following business day.

Refusal of Delivery – If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid but will incur a restocking fee.

When free shipping is periodically offered on orders, it applies to USPS ground shipping only and does not guarantee 2 day delivery – especially during the Holiday Season. If you are needing a 2 day delivery guarantee, we would recommend an expedited shipping service for an additional fee.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Devereux order. We will gladly accept your return in original condition, with all tags attached, within thirty (30) days of your order being placed.

If your product is eligible for return, you will be issued a pre-paid return label. Note: The label we provide covers the cost of shipping the items back from the shipping address on file and in the packaging you received it in. If your return is sent back from a different location and /or sent back in bigger packaging than you received it in, the customer will be charged for the difference in shipping costs should any occur.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Devereux reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet Devereux’s shipping and returns policy requirements. Returns that arrive and are not in original condition may be refused and if accepted, will be subject to an $8 restocking fee.  Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All items purchased from a sale promotion are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.  Final Sale items are eligible for an exchange or merchandise credit only within 30 days of purchase.  This policy does not apply to all face masks and purchases made during special sale events or promotions.
