Shipping:
- Most packages will arrive via United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 6-8 business days for transit. Oversize or heavyweight packages will ship UPS Ground and may add an additional 1-2 business days in transit time. Please see your shipping confirmation for carrier information.
- Transit time is based on the number of business days after the ship date. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or company holidays. Orders received between 3:00PM EST on Friday through Sunday are not processed for delivery until Monday morning. Please allow additional time for processing and packing your order.
- DHC may alter the shipping methods or carriers as the need arises.
- Each order is limited to one US delivery address.
- To qualify for free standard shipping, the order total after applying all discounts and/or promo codes must equal $75 or more, not including tax and shipping.

Returns
The DHC Guarantee is our promise to you: If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return the items within 60 days of your order date for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, even if they’re empty. No hassle, no obligation—ever.
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account and select My Orders.
- Select the order with the item(s) you want to return and click the Return link below the order number.
- Complete the Return Form. Specify which product(s) you want to return and why.
- Click the Submit button.
A representative will process your request and contact you if there are any questions.
Phone Orders
- Return your items with a copy of your invoice in a prepaid parcel using an insured carrier.
- Fill in your return address and order number on the Return Label (included with your order). Attach the label to the box securely, covering it with clear packing tape.
PLEASE NOTE: If your order arrived damaged, contact us right away at 800.DHC.CARE (342.2273) or customercare@dhccare.com. Please retain the original packaging materials so that we may investigate.
DHC cannot accept any returns for purchases made at any retail location or third party. Retail locations and third parties can’t accept returns for purchases made through our website.
When returning items on which you received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
