What are the shipping costs?

Free US Shipping when you spend over $75.  We offer USPS ground shipping for domestic orders. We also offer free returns, so try us out risk-free! All international orders are from $15-$30 shipping, depending on where you are located!

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2-5 days of your order.  We do our best to get your package out to you as soon as possible.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All domestic orders using our Ground Shipping option will ship from Los Angeles via USPS ground in the USA and take 3-7 days to arrive in the US. International orders take 2-3 weeks, depending on customs processing. We realize the speed at which your package arrives is directionally proportional to your happiness, so we do our best to get it to you quickly.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. We offer 30-days returns or exchanges, no questions asked. Dicks Cottons will issue a refund within 5 days of the receipt of the return/exchange in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction. All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Please note: we do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website. To submit a return, please email us a heads up at rich@dickscottons.com and we’ll send you back a return shipping label, on the house!  Then, pack and seal your box securely (in the original package if possible) and ship it back to us with the label we gave you. As soon as we get it back, we’ll issue you the refund!
