When will my order be shipped?

Here at E-Juice Vapor we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within one to three business days. We process orders from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST), Monday – Friday. We do not process any orders on Saturday, Sunday or on major U.S. holidays. For any reason if an order passes the three day process time, please contact us for an update regarding your order and we will do our very best to provide a status update.

Our daily shipping cut off time for standard shipping is at 3:00 PM (PST), Monday – Friday.

Notice: We are open and shipping orders, but due to COVID-19 and resources shortage, orders might be delayed by 5-7 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Return Policy :

E-Juice Vapor allows returns or exchanges within seven days from the delivery date. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the cost of shipping. You may send the item (s) back to E-Juice Vapor to receive a refund equal to the total amount paid (minus the 15% restocking fee & shipping). If you decide to cancel your order prior to shipping, there will be no restocking fee applied.

Broken or missing items from an order must be reported to our customer support team within 72 hours from the delivery date. Photos and/or video may be required for damaged/leaky products. We have the right to refuse any return/exchanges/refunds if our policy is not followed.

If an item (s) are received with any cosmetic damage from the manufacturer, you must contact our customer support team within 72 hours from the delivery date.

It is your responsibility to examine all items on packages received.
