Shipping:

EMS uses two different carriers to ensure your items arrive in the most efficient way possible. When your items are shipped via Standard Ground Shipping or 2-Day Express Shipping, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

Our two carriers are: United Parcel Service (UPS) United States Postal Service (USPS)

In some cases, UPS will work with USPS to assist with deliveries for Standard Shipping. Under the UPS SurePost & Mail Innovations delivery options, UPS will transport the package initially, then the package will be handed over to your local USPS for delivery to your shipping destination.

• Allow 3-7 business days for delivery, once in transit.
• (Due to Covid19, some deliveries MAY take longer than 3-7 days.)
• Orders shipping to US Territories & APO/FPO addresses arrive within 2-4 weeks.
• Orders shipping to Alaska & Hawaii will be charged $12.99 flat rate.

Return Policy:

We understand that not every purchase works out. For your convenience, purchases of new unused products with their original packaging and tags can be returned by mail or at any of our retail locations, regardless of whether you made your purchase online, in a store, or by phone. Returns must be made within 28 days of their purchase date. Used, worn or washed, and items sold “As-Is” are not eligible for return or exchange at any time.

All returns require a valid proof of purchase in the form of original store receipt or web invoice. Returns accompanied by a gift receipt will be returned as a merchandise credit. We will gladly look up lost receipts for our Rewards Members for all purchases made under their respective accounts.

Returns in Store: You can return your purchase at any store location regardless of whether you bought it in-store or online. Returns of any kind require a valid proof of purchase in the form of original store receipt or web invoice. All Returns made in-store within 28 days of purchase will be refunded as a merchandise credit. Merchandise credit does not expire. Online purchases made with Paypal and returned in store will be refunded as merchandise credit. Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable.
