SHIPPING : 

After you have approved your proof and production is complete, shipping transit time will take from 1-7 business days depending on what level of Shipping Service you have selected. Once your proof is approved, total processing, production and delivery time for printed orders can be as fast as 3 business days or as long as 11 business days depending on your production time, shipping method, and delivery location.

RETURNS : 

Returns of plain products are accepted, if returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Refunds, less the shipping and restocking fee (if applicable, see below) will be issued to the credit card used to place the order within 5 business days of receipt.
