- Returns must be made within 30 days from the date your order shipped.
- We provide Return Shipping labels for a flat rate fee of $7.
- We only offer E-GIFT Cards for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- Returned merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
- Shoes must be unworn and free of scuffs or marks.
- E-Gift Cards cannot be issued until the return is processed. This means you can not apply the E-Gift Card to new purchases before your return is processed and we have issued it to you via email.
- During the Returns Process, if an item is ineligible for a return you will not be able to select that item for return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale, Flash Sale, Accessories, Intimates and Bodysuits.
- Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing.
- Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit.
- E-Gift Cards never expire!
