The January Parka features sustainable fill, a hidden waist-cincher, removable hood, and ribbed storm cuffs. Our cruelty-free faux fur trim has been specially developed to be as lightweight, soft, and warm as the real thing.

At Harper, we want you to find the absolute perfect coat for you and your winter so we guarantee free exchanges and returns. If you would like to make an exchange or return, please email us at hello@harpercoats.com with EXCHANGE REQUEST or RETURN REQUEST (respectively) plus your order number in the subject line within 15 days of delivery. A friendly customer team member will process and send you a PDF prepaid return label; we suggest you reuse the polymailer your order came in to return your item(s). When we receive, we will confirm your exchange item order has been placed or that your original payment method has been refunded. We’re doing our best to process returns as quickly as possible for the Harper community. Please remember that we can only accept returns of coats that are in unworn, brand new condition with tags intact. How can I exchange or return my coat?

In order to ensure your complete satisfaction, we accept exchanges or returns of coats that are in unworn, brand new condition with tags intact. To make a request for an exchange or return, please get in touch with us by sending an email to hello@harpercoats.com with EXCHANGE REQUEST or RETURN REQUEST and your order number in the subject line. We will send you a PDF prepaid label to use to return your order.. We suggest you reuse the polymailer your order came in to return your item(s).
