Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees + place 1 naan on a sheet pan; bake 5-7 min, then slice in half, divide between plates
Meanwhile, heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat meat dry, season with salt/pep + sear, turning every 1-2 minutes to brown 3-4 sides evenly* (for more well done, increase cook time 1 min per side) turn off heat + pour sauce over lamb to warm, 1-2 min
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add ¼ cup water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min more until tender
Divide all between plates and enjoy!
