Also, be sure to receive and sign for the package if UPS needs a receiver to be there to sign for the package. UPS makes three delivery attempts excluding weekends and holidays.
Return Policy:
- For all Returns, the customer must contact iMomoko.com within 7 business days upon receipt of shipment. We consider receipt of shipment based on shipping carrier’s delivered date.
- Returning item(s) / merchandise that do not have prior authorization will be rejected.
- All item(s) / merchandise with a return authorization must be postmarked and received within 10 business days after the return was notified.
- All returning item(s) / merchandise must be packed, sealed, unused, and in new condition with all of the original packaging and accessories. iMomoko.com will need to receive and inspect the returning item(s) / merchandise before a refund is given.
- A 10% restocking fee will apply for returns due to customer’s reason.

- If the returning item(s) / merchandise does not meet the Return Policy criteria of (packed, sealed, unused, and in new condition with all of the original packaging and accessories), the customer will be given the option to have the returning item(s) / merchandise shipped back to him / her at their own expense and no refund will be given.
