You do not have to call ahead to return your order but please make note the items below that are not allowed to be returned. We are not responsible for items returned that are on the excluded list below.

Returns policy:

Returns must be in *NEW* condition and contain all original packaging, packaging inserts, and instruction manuals. For customer safety reasons, sealed items that have had the seal broken are not eligible for return or exchange. Any items that have been used, worn, washed, or otherwise compromised cannot be refunded.

Returned items will be refunded the item cost minus our shipping and handling costs and up to 20% restock fee.
