Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a medium non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the salmon and fry for 3–4 min on each side. Remove the salmon and place it on a plate.
- In the same pan, add the cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Whisk it all together over medium heat until it starts to thicken.
- Then add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes and simmer until the spinach starts to wilt.
- Serve the salmon together with the sauce.
