Creamy Tuscan Garlic Salmon

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a medium non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the salmon and fry for 3–4 min on each side. Remove the salmon and place it on a plate.
  3. In the same pan, add the cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Whisk it all together over medium heat until it starts to thicken.
  4. Then add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes and simmer until the spinach starts to wilt.
  5. Serve the salmon together with the sauce.
