Return Policy:
Products in “new condition” may be returned to us up to 15 days after receiving an order. In order for products to be considered in “new condition”, they must be unused, unassembled, and contain all original product packaging and accessories. All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping. Returns not accepted on customized items. Refunds are processed once the item arrives back at Lifetime.
