Ground orders will typically arrive 7-10 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
For orders to be shipped on the same day the order is placed, it must be received before 12pm EST or it will be shipped the following business day. For example, an order received at 3pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Please note that we are not offering exchanges by the portal for the time being. Simply submit a refund request and purchase the product again!
