The bottom layer is made of nylon organza for a softer feel against the skin. The waistband is elastic and has lots of stretch in it. The length of the petticoat varies based upon the size. It is best to purchase the desired length petticoat and then alter the elastic waistband if needed.

Return Policy:
We offer return/replacement of most products ordered on Malco Modes within 30 calendar days of purchase. Pettipants or clearance items, under any circumstances, cannot be returned for health reasons. If you get a defective product, we will replace it or issue a credit at no cost to the customer.
We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product, but please take adequate measures to maintain its condition.
Once we receive the product in an unused condition, we will issue a refund for the full cost of the item, minus the shipping and handling, and a 15% restocking fee. Please allow 2 weeks for the refund to show up on your statement after we receive the item.
