The vast majority of orders placed on our website ship within 1 business day. Some items may require additional processing time. All items with customization can take up to 3 business days to process. Any orders requiring additional verification will be held until verification is complete, we will contact you within 1 business day if additional verification is needed. We ship orders from our distribution center as well as some of our retail stores. Once an order ships you will receive tracking information via email and/or SMS.
Return Policy:
At Nikys-Sports.com we are committed to ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with not only our service but the items you order. To make sure you are happy with your order we give you a full 30 days after delivery date to return eligible items for a refund or store credit.
- Any signs of wear, this includes but is not limited to: grass stains, dirt, markings of any kind, odors or scuffs.
- All apparel must have it’s original tags attached. Without tags returns will not be accepted.
- All footwear must be sent back in the original box. Please do not ship the footwear in the footwear box itself, make sure to use a shipping box. Shoes sent in the shoe box alone will not be accepted.
