Shipping prices quoted on OnDeckSports.com are estimates based on standard shipping practices within the continental United States. On Deck Sports will ship to Alaska, Hawaii & Canada, but prices may differ from those displayed. Customers are responsible for all custom fees and duties.

Although rare, the price of shipping may vary from what is quoted online. In these instances an On Deck Sports representative will contact you with the updated shipping price before processing your order.

UPS/FedEx Shipping

UPS and Fedex are ideal for items under a certain weight. More specifically, the term is “girth” which is a combination of Length, Width, Height and Weight determined by these shipping companies.

Freight

Any item larger than the “girth” measurement will need to go “freight,” as the item is too large or heavy to go UPS or FedEx. Minimum charges of $100 to business addresses and $185 to residential addresses apply to most freight orders. The customer is responsible for unloading all products from the truck.

Returns:

You may return certain item for refund, credit, or exchange if it is in resalable condition. Customers must obtain a return authorization number before returning an item to On Deck Sports. A restocking fee of 20% and return shipping costs will be charged. On Deck Sports will not accept returns for items that are more than 3 months past their invoice date.

Custom Turf & Netting Policy:

On Deck Sports nets are hand made from the best materials. Netting products do incur normal wear and tear, and this is not considered a defect. All Netting is black unless otherwise indicated.

Once manufacturing has begun, any custom netting order cannot be returned.
