Our handcrafted plumbing is created in partnership with companies a lot like our own. Based in Huntington Beach, California Faucets has designed, assembled, and finished all its own parts since 1988. We worked closely with them on this collection to bring you the finest fittings available.
SHIPPING :
Most of our customizable products are assembled to order at our Portland, Oregon, factory and will be delivered to your door in 2-5 weeks. Our hardware, décor, and a few of our popular light fixtures are stocked and can ship in 7-14 days.
RETURNS :
You may return eligible items within 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items for a refund of the merchandise value. To receive a full refund, an original receipt or gift receipt is required. All merchandise must be in its original packaging and original condition, with all installation hardware included. Please do note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
