the quality and appearance of the dress is beautiful. I ordered my daughter, who is normally a size 6, a size 8 and the dress wouldn’t even close! She had tried on a similar dress by the same designer at a bridal boutique near our home so I figured the fit would be similar but being we had a short window of time, I ordered a size up. The dress was cut so small, it wouldn’t even come close to zippering. I ended up having to reorder a size 12, the top portion of the dress was too large but since we only had 2 days til the event and the dress couldn’t be altered because of the beading, double sided tape came to the rescue. Everything turned out fine, the dress really is beautiful, just make sure you order with enough time to spare for a return!

Shipping Policy:
We ship most orders the same day they’re placed!

  • The selected item must be marked “IN STOCK READY TO SHIP”
  • Order must be placed on Business days (Monday-Friday, non holiday)
  • Place your order before 12 noon EST and choose 1 day shipping.
  • Place your order before 9 AM noon EST and choose 4-6 days shipping.

Other items will ship by the date listed with the specific item. The shipping date.

Return Policy:

  • Exchanges: Should you need a different size or color in the same style dress, please call 1-855-373-7736. Final Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Refunds: Regular priced items may be returned for a full refund, unless otherwise stated.
  • Final Sale: All items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged

You must request a return authorization number and ship the item back within 7 days after receiving your order.

A prepaid shipping label request can be made during the RA request process, or you can provide your own label using any other trackable method. If you use our prepaid shipping label, a shipping & handling fee of $8.95 for the first item and $6.95 for each additional item returned will be deducted from your refund.

All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, salable, with original tags and packaging. Items returned with signs of obvious use may be subject to the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.
