You may return any new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If, upon receipt of your merchandise, you feel that your order was incorrect due to an error on our part, or if you need to return an item please contact us at customercare@kosscreative.com or 803-794-3000.

Because of additional COVID-19 cleaning routines and social distancing practices we are experiencing minor shipping delays. Packages might take 3-5 days longer to ship!

All orders will shipped from our warehouse in Columbia S.C. We can ship to any location in the United States. Please note, at this time we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a USPS tracking number that can used to track your package.
