Click and Collect from one of our 28 store locations across the country. This service is free and your order will be ready for collection after 10am 2 working days after you order. When you collect your order please bring a proof of purchase and the card you have used for payment.
Please note: We are unable to refund purchases made via PayPal in stores.
Standard Delivery:
Tracked standard delivery is free on all UK Mainland orders over £70 and your order will be will be delivered within 2-3 working days. For orders under £70 the standard delivery option is £4.95.
UK Next Day Delivery:
We have two Next Day Delivery options available .
Our tracked Hermes service is available on orders placed before 5pm Sun-Fri and is charged at £6.95 on orders under £70 and £3.95 for orders over £70.
Alternatively a Next Working Day service through UPS is available on orders placed by 1pm. This service is charged at £9.95.
Returns:
All returns on UK orders are FREE, you can return via Collect+ or via Royal Mail or alternatively you can return all or part of your order one of our stores. You have 90 days from receipt of your order to do so as long as they are unworn and in a saleable condition. We do not accept returns on underwear, socks or face masks
For exchanges we ask that you place a new order for any items you require and return back to us any unwanted items.
