Shipments may only concern the locations and nations foreseen within the site. For purchase requests from countries not listed upon purchase, please send an e-mail to Customer Care (customercare@theclutcher.com).
SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Shipments to non European Community member countries are subject to customs duties, import and local taxes based on the laws in force in the country of residence. There are two types of shipments for these countries: DDP (delivered duty paid), or DDU (delivered duty unpaid).
Shipments to non-EEC member countries are currently DDP with the exception of some countries for which condition DDU are specified in the product: the amount due by the customer at check-out already includes duties and other taxes such as VAT: thus the price displayed is the price paid and the customer will not receive any further request for payment of duties from the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery. VAT does not apply to customers who reside in non European Community countries.
We do not ship to PO boxes or post office. All orders to these addresses will be automatically deleted.
SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES
Orders will be filled as quickly as possible as soon as payment is authorised and items are available. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday during the following hours: 9.00-17.30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting on the following Monday morning. Lastly, orders placed on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times may vary according to the time the order is received.
RETURN POLICY
Exercising the right of rescission for our customer is extremely simple: simply request a unique RMA code (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our Customer Service within ten days of receiving the shipment containing the items to be returned.
To request a RMA code:
- Fill out the form below containing identification data on the customer and order containing the item to be returned;
- Specify the reason why you want to return your purchase;
- Indicate how you intend to be refunded (which must be the same method used to make the initial payment). You can keep your credit by requesting a customer credit that can be used later (within one year of creation).
- Accept the conditions concerning the right of rescission whose full text is found in this section and send the form.
The request will be reviewed by our customer care within 24 business hours.
