Orders selected for Economy Ground or Standard Ground service will normally leave our Distribution Center within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Please note that Custom orders currently take an additional 2-3 weeks prior to shipping.

RETURNS :

You may return your new or unused product within 60 days of purchase with the original Vera Bradley receipt or online packing slip. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment or an Electronic Gift Certificate (EGC). An EGC can be used on verabradley.com or in Vera Bradley Retail stores.
