GENERAL INFORMATION

WebUndies ships our fun products to many different addresses in the world. Orders shipped using our Standard Shipping option (APC) are most often transferred to the Postal Service in the destination country for final delivery.  Occasionally, a courier service is used for delivery of Standard Shipping packages.  We also offer UPS as a Global Shipping partner.  Estimated shipping times may be longer or shorter than expected, depending on the speed of customs. If you refuse a package, we will refund you for the merchandise, but not for shipping fees, duties and taxes.

IMPORT DUTIES & VAT

When ordering from WebUndies.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.  WebUndies includes all Duties & Taxes due in the shipping fee.  No additional fess will be incurred upon delivery.  We ship duty and taxes paid.

For UK residents, please note that as of 1/1/2021, we will no longer ship orders under £135.  This is due to burdensome VAT remittance requirements on low-dollar shipments.  We are sorry to have to do that, after over 20 years of serving our British customers, but the cost is too high to justify for a small business like ours.

For EU Residents, please note that as of 5/13/2021, we will no longer ship into the EU due to burdensome tax regulations.  You may order from us using a freight forwarder that provides you with a U.S. address.  This also allows you to take advantage of free shipping within the U.S.
